Canungra House
A contemporary queensland house that embraces a decidedly mid century modernist aesthetic and design philosophy. An elevated site in the Gold Coast hinterland acted as the catalyst for a site repsonsive design that embraces it's location and outlook. A modest sized house that maintains an economical floor area and efficient structure while still maintaining flixibility in it's functional layout. A wrapped metal building form focuses the views and outlooks and frames privacy and site constraints into a sculptural minimalist building currently on the drawing board plannign for a 2023 construction.
